Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Latin America.
In this role, you will drive regional marketing strategies, oversee product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams and distributors, and ensure brand consistency while supporting business growth across the region.
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans and product launch strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to support local market initiatives.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and calendars.
- Oversee the development of marketing assets for print, digital, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Track project timelines and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
