Bilingual Truck Dispatcher
Full-Time | Rotating Shifts | Transportation & Logistics
Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion
We are currently seeking a motivated and flexible Bilingual Truck Dispatcher to support our fast-paced dispatch operations in Vaudreuil-Dorion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will provide support across dispatch and routing operations and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support daily dispatch operations and driver coordination
- Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely communication
- Assist with routing, scheduling, and operational updates
- Respond to customer and driver inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Monitor operations and help resolve issues in real time
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and communication logs
- Track deliveries and provide status updates as needed
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and overnights
- Some dispatch or transportation coordination experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking dispatch
- Experience working directly with drivers and route coordination
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Quebec and Ontario routes is an asset
