Reporting to the General Supervisor, Human Resources, you will assist her in all activities related to human resources management. You will be actively involved in attraction activities and human resources projects. You will act as an advisor to managers. You will ensure that objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, various leaves, and changes to their records;
Advise managers on the application of programs, policies, practices, and the company’s management philosophy;
Carry out the onboarding and integration of new employees and follow up;
Visit various projects located in Quebec, Ontario, and Nunavut;
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to follow up on the staffing process;
Participate in the implementation, development, and establishment of HR policies, programs, and procedures, taking into account Exploration Canada’s multi-site and regional reality;
Coordinate the annual employee satisfaction survey (GPTW);
Enter and update employee records in various systems;
Conduct exit interviews for employees leaving the organization;
Collaborate with other divisions to align existing HR practices, with the possibility of being involved in various internal committees;
Perform any other related duties associated with the role.
