Responsibilities:
- Professional Tinting: Perform full window tint installations (Carbon and Ceramic) with a focus on seamless edges and zero contamination.
- Precision Prep: Clean and prepare glass surfaces using industry-standard techniques to ensure maximum film adhesion.
- Advanced Detailing: Assist with high-level detailing projects, including paint correction and interior steam cleaning.
- Shop Maintenance: Help maintain a "white-glove" shop environment to ensure the highest quality results for our clients.
- Client Consultation: Explain the benefits of different tint shades and heat-rejection levels to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional automotive window tinting (Required).
- Technical Skill: Proficient in heat-shrinking back windows and hand-cutting (or using plotter software).
- Detail-Oriented: An eye for perfection—no bubbles, no dust, no light gaps.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
