The Captain’s Boil Grande Prairie is looking for experienced, customer-focused Servers with a fine dining background to join our team.
We are seeking professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive, and personalized service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong menu knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
- Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team.
- Follow food safety and liquor service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining serving experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
- ProServe certification is an asset.
