What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using state-of-the-art tools
- Conduct inspections and tests to manufacturer standards
- Follow service manuals and schematics with precision
- Assemble, disassemble, and replace components with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Learn from and assist experienced Toyota Master Technicians
What We’re Looking For
- Registered automotive apprenticeship in progress
- 2.5+ year experience as an automotive technician (apprentice or licensed)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with hybrid and EV technology (an asset, not a requirement)
- Able to lift heavy parts and work in a physically active role
- Comfortable with digital and traditional diagnostic tools
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and team mindset
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
