Belleville's is looking for a strong prep cook to join our team! We are a high volume, fast paced, and inclusive kitchen. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable reading and executing recipes, multi-tasking, following directions, and can coordinate with our chefs, prep lead, and cooks in a fast paced setting. Job duties include:
*Preparing, brining, and smoking proteins
*Cooking a variety of sauces, both hot and cold
*Vegetable prep
* Breading and portioning
*Following recipes, managing a prep list when prep lead is off shift, and coordinating tasks effectively
This is a daytime position, so no late nights! We are looking for someone with flexible, full time availability who is able to work weekends.
*Must be located in Victoria and have Canadian working rights*
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
