Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. is looking for an organized and customer-oriented part-time Sales Coordinator to join the Winnipeg Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator supports our truck sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring a smooth process from order placement to customer delivery.
The Role:
- Process truck sales orders, quotes, and related documentation accurately
- Track units on order and coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal departments
- Maintain and update new and used truck inventory listings
- Prepare deal packages and submit completed files to accounting
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and delivery timelines
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer files
- Assist with warranty paperwork, purchase orders, and sales-related administration
- Coordinate completion of safety paperwork
- Support the sales team with reporting, data entry, and general coordination
- Liaison between sales and other internal departments
- Submit add-ons for new/used truck services to be completed in the shop
- Attend to and assist customers when Sales Representatives are not available
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or sales support experience (dealership or trucking industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-oriented with superior interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership/CRM systems
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
