Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with filling out necessary paperwork and updating client information
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgeries
- Responsible for all duties related to the care of animals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care
- Provide basic information to clients regarding clinic policies, procedures, and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, specifically a veterinary clinic is preferred
- Loves animals and is not allergic
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary software systems like Avimark
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
