Field Project Coordinator — Everton Projects | Winnipeg, MB $45,000–$50,000/year | Year-Round | Full Time
Who We Are
Everton Projects is a fast-growing residential construction company based in Winnipeg. We specialize in fencing installation across the city and we're building the team that takes us to the next level. We're a tight, no-nonsense operation run by an owner who's invested in doing things right and growing the people who help make it happen.
The Role
This is not a labourer posting.
We're looking for someone who can own a job site from start to finish — show up, read the work order, direct the crew, solve problems on the fly, and deliver a finished product the homeowner is proud of.
You'll be handed a site map, a work order, and a crew. Your job is to make it happen.
In summer you're running residential installations across Winnipeg. In winter you're managing a snow removal route — consistent, autonomous work that keeps you employed and earning year round.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of job sites from start to completion
- Direct and mentor crew members on site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
- Manage a winter snow removal route independently
What We're Looking For
- Experience in trades, construction, or any role where you led a crew or owned a process
- Someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't need hand holding
- Comfortable working outdoors in all Manitoba conditions
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable, straight up, and accountable
Experience in our specific trade is not required. We'll train you on our system. What we can't train is leadership and work ethic.
What You Get
- $45,000–$50,000 base salary
- Year-round stable employment
- Winter snow route with consistent hours and pay
- Real growth path as we expand — this role grows with the company
- Direct access to ownership — your input matters here
To Apply
Send an email to [email protected] with the following — applications missing any of these will not be responded to:
- Your resume
- Confirmation that you have a valid Class 5 licence and reliable personal vehicle
- A short paragraph on why you think you'll be successful in this role
- One interesting fact about yourself
We read every application personally. If you've taken the time to do this right, we'll respond.
Pay: $44,351.52-$50,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
