This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a track record of driving action that results in successful product launches and continuous improvement. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving project timelines, resources, and strategic goals to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties:
Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through launch, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, operations, and marketing. Lead regular meetings to ensure teams are aligned.
Define and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with marketing to establish Go-To-Market strategies and product lifecycle planning.
Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product concepts through thorough market evaluation.
Define project scope, goals, and success metrics to ensure results are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Develop detailed execution plans, including milestones, Gantt charts, and resource prioritization to meet deadlines and bring products to market quickly.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure products meet production schedules and cost targets.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams.
Work closely with product design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment, identify potential roadblocks, and facilitate efficient communication across departments.
Coordinate with local and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure precise execution and quality control.
Contribute to product positioning, naming, and packaging design to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Proactively assess and mitigate project risks, escalating critical concerns to senior leadership when necessary.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management workflows and best practices.
Execute tasks and projects independently as needed, demonstrating strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven start-up environment and related industries (e.g., apparel, accessories, tools, physical product, hardware development) covering product, operations, creative, supply chain, inventory, and marketing areas.
Proven experience in managing the product lifecycle process, including development, testing, ideation, investigation, manufacturing, and launch processes and phases.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for consumer PC, gaming technology, and related products.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to drive action, overcome challenges, and lead teams toward successful outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Airtable), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Proficient in using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis tools, and creating detailed reports to support decision-making and project tracking.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a start-up environment, dealing with ambiguity, and managing fast-paced, evolving priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred, not required.
PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred, not required.
Compensation:
For this position, the typical hiring salary base range falls between CAD$85,000 and $115,000 per year, based on market location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and additional benefits, which together make up the total compensation package, in line with our company’s philosophy to recognize and reward employee contributions.
