Are you a motivated, high-energy individual looking to control your own earning potential? Our locally based car detailing business is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to drive growth through both traditional door-to-door local outreach and strategic online sales.
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand—pounding the pavement to connect with local vehicle owners and leveraging digital platforms to secure bookings. This is a 10% commission-based position, meaning your income is directly tied to your hustle. Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Outreach: Pitch our high-quality car detailing packages directly to local car owners, residential neighborhoods, and local business fleets.
- Online Sales & Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms (Facebook Groups, Instagram, Nextdoor), local online marketplaces, and digital messaging to find and convert prospective clients.
- Close Deals: Clearly explain the benefits of our detailing services (interior, exterior, paint correction, ceramic coatings) and close bookings on the spot.
- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service to establish a loyal client base and secure repeat business and referrals.
- Pipeline Management: Keep track of your leads, follow up with warm prospects, and coordinate booking schedules with our detailing team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 16
- Experience or strong interest in sales is an asset (prior door-to-door, retail, or digital marketing experience is a massive plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient—undeterred by a "no" and driven to hit targets.
- Comfortable utilizing both physical, face-to-face sales tactics and digital/social media outreach.
- A basic understanding of or passion for cars and automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- 10% Commission Structure: Earn a flat 10% on every detailing package or product package sold.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: No caps on your commission—the more you sell, the more you make.
