1-3 years of sale experience required.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming retail experience.
- Verify customer age and identification according to provincial laws.
- Educate customers about cannabis products, including:
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and desired effects.
- Explain dosage, potency, terpene profiles and safe consumption practices.
- Process sales using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain inventory and restock shelves/displays.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Law and store policies.
- Keep the store clean, organized and secure.
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn cannabis products and regulations fast-pace.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance procedures.
- Must be 19+.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of strains, cannabinoids and terpenes (preferred, not required).
- POS Knowledge (preferred, not required).
Physical Requirements:

- Lifting inventory boxes and stock items.
- Working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
