Intersystem Controls is seeking a Junior Low Voltage Technician to join our team.
This position is ideal for recent graduates from Electrical Foundations, Electrical Apprenticeship, Security Systems, Telecommunications, or Electronics programs who want to build a career in smart building technology.
We provide hands-on training and mentorship while working on residential and commercial technology projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Responsibilities
- Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring
- Assist with installation of networking, security, and automation systems
- Install televisions, speakers, cameras, touchscreens, and related equipment
- Learn system testing and commissioning procedures
- Support senior technicians during project installations
- Maintain accurate labelling and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Ideal Candidate
You may be a recent graduate from:
- Electrical Foundations
- Security Systems Technician Program
- Telecommunications Technician Program
- Electronics Technician Program
- Network Cabling Program
You should also have:
- Strong work ethic
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude
- Professional attitude

- Valid driver's licence
