Summary
We are seeking a dedicated SMT Team Coordinator to join our team. Based in our manufacturing facility, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our surface-mount technology assembly lines and supporting our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily SMT assembly operations and scheduling to ensure production and quality targets are met.
- Monitor SMT line performance, machine efficiency and production output
- Track material availablity and ensure components are supplied to the SMT lines on time
- Prepare SMT schedules according to customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly in SMT processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Basic component and compute knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
Pay: $18.00 per hour
