Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cashiering duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area.
- Provide technical sales support by answering product-related questions.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability.
- Engage with multilingual customers to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering functions.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling you to assist customers with product inquiries effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
