About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, Digital to bring our global beauty brand to life across every digital touchpoint. This role combines strategic thinking with exceptional craft, leading the execution of compelling digital creative that inspires, engages, and drives results.
As a key member of the Creative team reporting into the Senior Director of Brand & Comm, you'll oversee and create best-in-class digital assets across web, CRM, social media, and other digital channels. You'll partner closely with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Social, CRM, Retail and external partners to ensure our creative is innovative, consistent, and culturally relevant.
The ideal candidate is a highly conceptual designer that can work well with brand guidlines and with strong executional skills, a deep understanding of digital-first storytelling, and a passion for beauty, culture, and emerging social trends. They're equally comfortable working in a fast paced environment designing global campaign digital assets, landing pages, creating engaging social content, converting mailers or capturing and editing video for fast-moving digital channels.
What You'll Do
· Lead the design and execution of digital creative across owned channels, including website, CRM/email, paid media, organic social, and digital marketing campaigns.
· Develop visually compelling creative that reflects and evolves the brand's digital identity while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints aligned with brand guidelines.
· Translate campaign concepts into channel-specific assets optimized for performance, engagement, and user experience.
· Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media, digital campaigns, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
· Create short-form video, and dynamic content tailored for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social channels.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Social, CRM, E-commerce, Product Marketing, Creative, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
· Stay ahead of design trends, platform best practices, and evolving social behaviours, bringing fresh ideas informed by cultural moments and the digital landscape.
· Present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
· Help evolve digital design systems, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across global markets and channels.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
· Mentor junior designers through creative feedback, collaboration, and guidance where appropriate.
What You'll Bring
· 5–8+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands.
· A portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital design across web, CRM, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
· Strong experience capturing and editing photo and video content for digital and social platforms.
· Confidence creating and editing engaging short-form video content.
· A deep understanding of digital-first design principles, responsive layouts, UX considerations, and platform-specific creative best practices.
· Excellent typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling skills.
· Strong understanding of social media culture, emerging platforms, creator trends, and the evolving digital landscape.
· A natural curiosity for fashion, beauty, design, and cultural trends, with an instinct for what resonates with audiences.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for elevating creative standards.
Nice to Have
· Experience working with global brands or multi-market campaigns.
· Familiarity with digital asset management systems and project management platforms.
· Experience with AI-powered creative tools and emerging digital content workflows.
· Photography or video experience.
· Attune with social media trends and cultural zeitgeists.
· Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive digital design principles.
