Key Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience

Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele

Support merchandising, inventory management, and boutique presentation

Handle client inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and online

Participate in client outreach and follow-up activities
Requirements

Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end sales preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and presentation

Results-driven with a passion for sales

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
