Modern PURAIR South Okanagan is based in Penticton, BC and services the South Okanagan (Summerland to Osoyoos). We have been in business for 18 years and are locally owned and operated. Modern PURAIR is one of Canada’s fastest‑growing indoor air quality companies. We provide furnace and air duct cleaning, air quality testing, dryer vent cleaning, coil cleaning, and air purification solutions for homes and businesses. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Air Quality Technician to join us.
Full training provided — no HVAC experience required
4‑day workweek: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday — enjoy 3 days off every week
34 - 38 hours/week

Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Perform air quality testing, HVAC cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning
Communicate procedures clearly and answer customer questions
Provide quotes, assess job requirements, and complete reports
Identify additional service opportunities during visits
Operate and maintain company equipment and a Mercedes Sprinter van
Use company software on an iPhone/iPad for invoicing
Follow Modern PURAIR systems, standards, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean uniform, organized inventory, and professional appearance
Positive, energetic, and customer‑focused
Coachable and eager to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Clean driver’s abstract and ability to pass a background check
Goal‑oriented with a proactive mindset
Experience with basic tools (drill, tin snips, pliers)
Comfortable with ladders and working at a height
Familiarity with Apple devices
Experience with HVAC systems
