A&W is currently hiring a dependable, reliable, and highly competent individual for our overnight shift. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay focused without being easily influenced by negativity.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Overnight operations — Maintain smooth store functioning during late hours
- Prep work — Prepare ingredients, restock stations, and ensure morning crew is set up for success
- Deep cleaning — Complete thorough cleaning tasks to keep the restaurant safe, sanitary, and guest‑ready
- Extreme attention to detail — Follow procedures precisely and maintain high standards in every task
- Customer service — Provide friendly, efficient service to late‑night guests
- Team leadership — Take initiative, support teammates, and help maintain a positive overnight environment
⭐Musts:
- Have a dependable vehicle that is your own and be capable of getting to and from work unassisted
- Be able to complete training during the day shifts
- Be willing to work any shift (within reason) scheduled overnight
- Be reliable as this is a crucial position, dependability is 100% key
- Be able to work without supervision
