Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. This role supports high-volume shipping, transportation, warehouse coordination, supplier pickups, customer delivery inquiries, carrier follow-up, customs documentation, and inventory transfer activity across Canada, the United States, and international markets.

The successful candidate will join a stable operation with cross-functional visibility, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to contribute directly to service quality, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

- Obtain freight quotes, transit time estimates, proof of delivery documentation, bills of lading, shipping labels, customs invoices, and bonded shipment documentation as required.
- Maintain transportation and supply chain records, update ETA information in ERP systems, create and maintain in-transit reports, and support receiving overage and shortage processes.
- Support finance and accounts payable with freight invoice review, supplier documentation, payment requests, inventory adjustment reports, credit memo requests, and shipping document management.
