Sales Associate – Orangetheory Fitness Spruce Grove

Position Overview
You’ll be the welcoming face of the studio—greeting guests, guiding prospects, and powering both member experience and studio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with energy and positivity
- Lead studio tours and introductory “intros” for prospects at Orangetheory
- Conduct phone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and maintain care communications
- Maintain accurate sales records and lead referrals using OTF systems
- Process transactions (memberships, retail, concessions)
- Keep front desk, studio and lobby clean and organized; follow daily checklist
- Participate in 1–2 OTF workouts per week to speak knowledgeably about Orangetheory Fitness
- Collaborate with coaches and support studio operations, including onboarding new clients
- Follow up with prospects and handle member inquiries or concerns promptly
What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for fitness & enthusiasm for the OTF mission
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability on evenings and weekends is required
- (Preferred) Previous fitness or retail sales experience
