Shift Manager – Okotoks Cinemas 30 Hours per Week | Flexible Schedule Required
Do you enjoy leading a team, staying organized, and creating great customer experiences? Okotoks Cinemas is looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is confident making decisions, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Help coordinate daily theatre operations
- Keep the theatre organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Assist with staff training and coaching
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Open and/or close the theatre as required
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a flexible schedule and is available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Is available to work 30–40 hours per week
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked what needs to be done
- Is dependable, mature, and leads by example
- Previous supervisory or management experience is an asset (but we're willing to train the right candidate)
