Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Roll Off Truck Driver and take charge of safely operating heavy-duty roll-off trucks to transport and dispose of waste, recyclables, or other materials. Duties
- Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and drop off containers at various locations
- Load and unload heavy containers using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment
- Assist with general yard work or container setup as needed to support operational efficiency
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy trucks
- Proven experience driving large trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to waste management or safety are a plus

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
