What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior home services on residential properties.
This includes:
- Exterior window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- House washing / soft washing
- Gutter guard installations
- Holiday lighting installs
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Working on ladders and around roofs safely
- Cleaning exterior windows, frames, and glass to a professional standard
- Clearing and flushing gutters properly
- Completing house washes safely without causing damage
- Installing gutter guards cleanly and securely
- Spotting and fixing mistakes before leaving the job
- Communicating with team members and staying efficient on-site
- Representing the company professionally on every property

Pay:
We pay for performance.
There is a base hourly rate, and on top of that you can earn bonuses on completed jobs.
The better you perform, the more you can earn.
Bonuses are paid out every two weeks on top of base pay.
TIPS & EARNIG POTENTIAL
Our technicians regularly receive tips from satisfied customers in addition to their hourly pay and performance bonuses.
When tips and bonuses are included, most technicians earn an effective hourly rate in the range of $33.00 - $44.00+ per hour, depending on their base pay, performance, and customer tips.
Employees who consistently deliver high-quality work, provide excellent customer service, and take pride in the finished result tend to earn the most.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
