Oval Optical is a modern boutique optical specializing in premium eyewear, personalized styling, and elevated customer experience.
As we expand to our new Oakridge Park location, we are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and sales-driven Licensed Optician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and premium client experience
- Assist customers with frame and lens selection based on lifestyle and visual needs
- Perform accurate optical measurements, fittings, and adjustments
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and eyewear solutions
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory organization
- Build long-term client relationships and support repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals
- Support both Oakridge and Richmond locations when needed
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Optician in British Columbia preferred
- Previous experience in the optical industry required
- Retail or sales experience is a strong asset
- Fluent English communication skills required
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset
- Friendly, professional, and confident working with customers
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including weekends
