Chute Lake Lodge Housekeeper
$18.00-$22.00/hour
Full-time/Seasonal
Start date: ASAP
End date: October 30th or option to stay year round.
Hours per week: 35-40 hours/5 days per week
Prior Housekeeping preferred
Prior Customer Service Experience required
Chute Lake Lodge is looking to hire a full-time housekeeper with previous customer service experience. We are looking for an individual who is friendly and hardworking, as well as willing to take on other tasks around the property. As we are a small team, we want our staff to be able to help out wherever is needed and to do so with a smile on their face.
Basic housekeeping duties are as follows:
-Cleaning rooms and cabins
-Cleaning washrooms, reception and restaurant
-Laundry
-Proper storage of linens
-Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
-Re-stocking firewood
Since Chute Lake Lodge is a remote location, we will provide the following to our full-time staff:
-Subsidized accommodation (linens provided)
-Washrooms with showers nearby
-Food storage available as well as access to staff kitchenette
-30% discount at restaurant
We do require the following for our staff:
-Driver’s license and vehicle, preferably Four-wheel or All-wheel drive as Chute Lake Road can be rough and bumpy
-Clean driving abstract (for insurance & ability to drive company cars)
