Global Channel Partner Success Consultant

About the Role
alertdriving is looking for a driven and bilingual Channel Partner Success Consultant to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying new channel partners to onboarding, managing, and growing long-term relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for partners across Spanish and English-speaking markets, working end-to-end to bring new business and grow existing ones into the alertdriving ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners across assigned territories with a focus on Spanish and English-speaking markets
- Manage enterprise-level partner relationships end-to-end, from initial outreach through contract execution and ongoing account success
- Meet and exceed net new revenue targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering training, support, and strategic guidance on alertdriving's driver risk management solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program launches and partner satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity reporting
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required — you will be client-facing in both languages
- Proficiency in additional languages (French, Portuguese, Turkish, etc.) is a strong asset
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts or channel partnerships end-to-end
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of partners simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones
- Self-starter comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Toronto office, Mon–Thu)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 - $80,000 CAD annually
- Quarterly performance incentives
- Commission structure.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.

Location: Toronto, ON — Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
