Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality care to individuals in Holistic mental health and addiction treatment center . The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the well-being and independence of clients through personalized support and assistance. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care such as dementia support. Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a respectful and caring environment
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Follow all safety procedures and infection control protocols.
Skills
- Experience in medication administered and documentation.
- knowledge of loved experience with addiction and mental heath.
- Compassionate caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- Valid certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
