We’re looking for an experienced travel professional to join our team in a part-time, fully remote role with the potential to grow into full-time over time.
This position is open to candidates based in Western Canada only (Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). Candidates from other provinces won’t be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a well-rounded role that combines admin support, travel coordination, and booking opportunities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting travel agents while they’re away (holiday coverage)
- Invoicing and file management in ClientBase
- Ticketing flights in Sabre
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating supplier trainings
- Creating monthly newsletters for agents
- Supporting various operational tasks as needed
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry (travel coordinator or similar role)
- Strong working knowledge of ClientBase (invoicing required)
- Sabre GDS experience
- Understanding of fares, ticketing, and contracts is an asset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365 (Access is a bonus)
Compensation & Perks
- $20/hour, with potential for growth as the role evolves
- 50% commission split on any bookings you make for clients

Schedule
- 15 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional hours as needed
- Occasional weekend support may be required (not typical)
