Humanik Technologies is looking for motivated individuals interested in helping local businesses discover modern AI-powered operational tools.
This is a flexible hybrid role focused on relationship-building, business outreach, and helping companies better understand how AI can improve their operations. You’ll be introducing business owners to Humanik Technologies and identifying organizations interested in streamlining workflows, reducing repetitive work, and modernizing internal systems.
Your primary method of outreach will involve visiting local businesses in person to offer complimentary AI potential audits and introductory consultations. In addition to field outreach, some responsibilities may be completed remotely, including follow-up calls, scheduling, CRM management, and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
This position is designed for individuals looking to grow within a rapidly expanding technology company. Strong performers may have opportunities to transition into more remote-based positions, leadership responsibilities, account management roles, or other internal opportunities as the company continues to scale.
Responsibilities:
* Connect with local businesses and decision-makers in person
* Introduce Humanik Technologies and our AI solutions
* Identify operational pain points and areas for improvement
* Coordinate introductions and follow-up conversations with our internal team
* Conduct occasional follow-up calls and virtual meetings remotely
* Maintain professional communication and activity tracking
Ideal Candidates:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
* Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
* Previous experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or business development is considered an asset
* Interest in technology, AI, entrepreneurship, or business operations is beneficial
* Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a growing team
