A successful candidate must have the following:
- G license with a clean driving record
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

- G2 or G1 gas license
- Plumbing experience to snake drains, install plumbing fixtures, solder, troubleshooting.
- Experience servicing condominiums, commercial and residential buildings
- Experience servicing boilers.
