Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Autobody Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This position will primarily involve vehicle preparation, body repairs, panel replacement, refinishing, paint work, and supporting our specialty coating services.
Responsibilities
- Perform collision and cosmetic repairs.
- Complete panel replacement and alignment.
- Repair dents, scratches, and body damage.
- Prepare vehicles for paint and refinishing.
- Perform paint and refinishing work.
- Assist with specialty coating applications as required.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Work efficiently while meeting production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with shop improvements and continuous process development.
- Work collaboratively with the DRVN team.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Autobody Technician or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with collision repair and automotive refinishing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence.
