Position Overview
This is a hands-on production role supporting both filling/packaging operations and our container recycle program. You will play a key role in ensuring products are processed, packaged, and prepared for reuse or shipment safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

What You’ll Do
- Process returned containers for reuse (washing, rinsing, sleeving, labelling)
- Perform filling, labelling, boxing, and packaging of products
- Prepare orders for shipment (stacking and loading skids)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout your shift
- Follow all SOPs and safety protocols
- Use required PPE, including respiratory protection when needed
- Support powder production (mixing, bagging, boxing, staging materials)
- Work with teammates to meet daily production targets
- Other general production duties as assigned
What you Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting up to 50 lb, repetitive motion)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team orientated with good communication skills
- Forklift (tow motor) experience is an asset (not required)
- No experience required
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting
- Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Industrial manufacturing environment (safety equipment provided and required)
Compensation & Schedule
- $18.00–$22.50 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time contract
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
