GAO Research Inc. offers an HR Partner – Recruitment & Onboarding Internship, designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational growth. You will be working alongside senior HR professionals to support our company’s recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall success of our expansion initiatives.

Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, and outreach efforts.

Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.

Maintain candidate communication and provide updates throughout the hiring process.

Support onboarding by preparing documents and assisting with orientation.

Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Assist in building relationships with potential clients and business partners.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Demonstrated interest in HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee onboarding.

Ability to work independently and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Build skills in talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR research.

Earn three certificates upon completion.
