Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in an automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to company standards.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations.
- Assist in heavy lifting as needed during vehicle maintenance processes.
- Stay updated on automotive repair techniques and dealership practices to enhance service quality.
- Support sales efforts by promoting additional services to customers based on their vehicle needs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
