We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Renovator / Painter / General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We have consistent, year-round work and are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Apartment turnovers
- Interior painting
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Trim, doors and baseboards
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical work (an asset)
- General maintenance and repairs
- Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and cleanliness
Requirements
- Previous renovation and painting experience
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own tools
- Reliable, honest and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
