This is a key position that helps ensure our real estate agents are paid accurately and on time while providing essential support throughout the deal closing process.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position based in our downtown Stoney Creek office. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as regular banking responsibilities are part of the role.
What You'll Do
Agent Payroll
- Process agent commission payroll accurately, including commission calculations, splits, deductions, and adjustments.
- Printing payroll cheques for clients and realtors.
- Review and verify commission disbursements to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Process incoming commission cheques and complete closing of deal files.
- Prepare and make accurate bank deposits to multiple accounts.
- Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from agents and resolve discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
Deal Support
- Verify, process, and post incoming deposits, ensuring deposits are processed accurately into the appropriate accounts while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Review real estate transaction paperwork for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections when needed.
- Provide support to agents.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounting, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
Skills & Attributes
- Experience with the Lone Wolf system is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
