Applied Systems Technologies Inc is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is more than an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to play a key part in our growth journey. Working closely with our sales and leadership teams, you will help drive sales performance, support strategic initiatives, and turn data and analytics into actionable business insights that fuel our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Manage & support Sales Force activity from opportunity start to sales process close
- Work with sales team members & leadership to ensure all information and opportunities managed in SF are accurate and complete
- Liaise with others in office to manage sales and customer data
- Work with Contract admin on renewal proposal schedules
- Support Executive team with pipeline and forecast reporting and admin tasks
- Day to day support and reporting and analytics
- Support customer acquisition & retention activities i.e. customer events, trade shows and association accounts
- Help with other administrative tasks in office
- Help support supplier info sessions, Lunch & learns, marketing collateral and account information
- Liaise with other departments to support broader initiatives
- Other duties as assigned Skills
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (most importantly Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce (and other CRM tools)
- Understanding of sales principles, processes and strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and support decision making process
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Understanding and comfort with marketing principles and activities
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
