Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with residential gas-fired equipment up to 400,000 BTU (including air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless units, boilers, furnaces, etc.)
- Understand customer needs, offer estimates and coordinate with Sales department on products (earn commission on leads generated!)
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure you have everything you need to complete the job
- Ensure safe work practices are understood and followed
- Utilize current technology and mobile software to track jobs, receive assignments and document services provided
Qualifications/Certifications:
- G2 Gas Licence
- 2+ years of experience in an HVAC service role
- 313D or 313A license is preferred
- Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driver's abstract
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
