Applicants MUST HAVE SERVER EXPERIENCE in an upscale dining environment, have great Wine, Food & Mixology knowledge.
Mediterranean Food knowledge and Old World Wine knowledge necessary.
Be professional, organized, courteous, reliable, clean and punctual is a must.
