About the Role
We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with business owners, building relationships, and helping businesses grow online.
You will be responsible for contacting local businesses, introducing our website development and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing services, and converting prospects into paying clients.
What You'll Do
- Contact business owners by phone, email, and social media.
- Explain the benefits of having a professional website.
- Educate potential clients on how digital marketing can increase leads, sales, and brand awareness.
- Present our website development and Meta advertising solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain records of leads and client conversations.
- Attend one weekly in-person team meeting in Waterloo.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Basic understanding of websites, social media, or digital marketing is helpful but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and phone access.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based
- Earn 15% commission on every successful client you bring onboard.
