Overview
Busy Milton Manufacturer (Boarder of Mississauga and Milton)is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who has worked in manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will need to be Bilingual English and French.
Duties
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Manage customer accounts using CRM tools and ERP tools.
- Assist clients with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions
- Provide customer pricing quotes, schedule repairs and maintenance. Experience using ticketing system a large asset.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes
- Efficiently enter orders and address inquiries by leveraging the resources within the business, and following the standardized processes implemented.
- Complete and review customer specific reports for accuracy and integrity.
- Recommend ideas which enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and empathy in all interactionsRequirements
Skills and Requirements
Able to commit to 6 months contract with top notch attendance and punctuality.
2+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing and/or installation/maintenance/repair environment. Ticketing system experience, a plus. ERP experience, a plus, including quoting, order entry, and returns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
