Main Responsibilities
-
Review and correct assembly manuals or manufacturing routings intended for the fabrication or assembly of aircraft components;
-
Interpret, verify, and approve drawings and other documents from the engineering department;
-
Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
-
Define the tools required for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerances;
-
Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working closely with the engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments;
-
Take an active role in production support by coordinating the resolution of technical issues with other support teams;
-
Identify opportunities to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects;

Support the Central Methods team in the execution of their projects;
-
Update the Methods documentation structure, perform SAP analyses to identify needs, and optimize production;
-
Eliminate non-value-added activities;
-
Establish requirements for labor, tooling, assembly, layout planning, ergonomics, health and safety, tools, and production equipment according to optimal methodologies;

Participate in the development and optimization of processes related to the methods function;

Audit certain processes to validate proper operation and provide recommendations;
-
Manage short- and/or medium-term projects of varying complexity.
Desired Profile

You hold a college or university degree in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, in aerospace manufacturing, or in a related discipline.

You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have strong 3D visualization skills and analytical abilities.

You have strong logical reasoning and a solid mechanical mindset.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

You are familiar with computer-aided design software such as Catia, AutoCAD, and Enovia.

You are familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
-
You are a strong team player, recognized for your perseverance and sound judgment.
-
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and have a good working knowledge of English.
