Senior QA Test Lead (Contract)
Full time on site - Downtown Toronto
Be a part of a multi-year business transformation project to support long-term, sustainable success for one of Ontario's largest retailers.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in leading business application and/or software testing using ALM and/or Octane as applicable.
- Strong experience analyzing and understanding functional, technical and non-functional requirements in a variety of application environments and creating functional and technical test cases and scripts.
- 5+ years of experience leading testing in an agile environment (as applicable)
- 5+ years of experience leading testing for digital projects such as: native, mobile app development (iOS and Android), eCommerce, API development and integration work (as applicable)
- Experience with integrating Digital Testing plans with the full CI/CD stack, including DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Chef/Puppet, and cloud hosting environments (as applicable)
- Experience in creating Project Test Strategies/Plans covering functional, SIT, Performance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
- Experience managing multiple testing streams and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and solid organizational skills
- Experience in creating test strategies/plans covering the entire test lifecycle including functional and non-functional testing
- Should possess strong leadership skills with experience in developing and managing a team of testers
