Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, treating, and preventing pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize various tools and techniques to ensure effective pest management while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently.
Conduct
- Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively according to industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend additional services as necessary.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service throughout the pest control process.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Proficiency
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service options and benefits to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
