The Opportunity We're looking for a passionate and skilled Pilates Instructor to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Whether you're an experienced instructor or earlier in your career, if you take pride in delivering high-quality, intentional movement instruction in a supportive, women's health-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. A special interest in — or curiosity to learn more about — the prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic floor population is a big plus.
What We're Looking For
- Recognized Pilates certification (mat and/or reformer)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-centred approach with a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
- Interest in or willingness to learn about prenatal/postpartum care and pelvic floor health is a valued asset
