Responsibilities
- Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removal operations safely and efficiently.
- Operate bucket trucks and rigging equipment to access and service trees.
- Assist with stump grinding and land clearing projects.
- Follow ISA standards and safety protocols during all job activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
- Support storm recovery efforts as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in tree climbing and rigging.
- Valid certification for bucket truck operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of arboriculture practices aligned with ISA standards.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical fitness and safety awareness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Horticulture or landscape maintenance experience is a plus.
