Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with logistics channels, carriers, and service providers
- Communicate with Chinese clients and partners regarding shipping solutions, pricing, and service updates
- Coordinate warehouse operations with logistics channels to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and channel partners
- Monitor shipping performance, resolve delivery issues, and optimize logistics efficiency
- Provide internal support and updates regarding channel policies, costs, and timelines
- Assist in developing new logistics channels and business opportunities
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or overseas warehouse operations preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with cross-border e-commerce is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$28.91 per hour
