Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, showcasing expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and repairing structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. The Renovator will work closely with project managers and clients to bring visions to life while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform renovations including but not limited to carpentry, drywall installation, and painting
- Install cabinets and fixtures according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various renovation projects.
- Conduct plumbing tasks as needed, ensuring all installations are up to code.
- Apply caulking in appropriate areas for weatherproofing and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with team members to estimate project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the renovation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment safely.
